I am sorry to say that today I parted ways with what I used to think was a very good source for mindful Liberalism. (Which is not my political leaning mind you but I find it a good study.) It seems that the cats at politicususa.com have gotten mighty smug with themselves. Was it the mention by Rush? The cornering of the market on Liberal snark? Any one can look at my posts there and here and see that while I am not a Social Conservative by any means that this in no way means that I am a Progressive Liberal either. I did like some (alot) of what they offered but in the post about the NDAA, I found Sarah Jones to be petulant and arrogant, if not downright ignorant in her assessment of the implications to a bill that people rightfully had reason to be suspicious of.

Maybe Ms. Jones doesn’t agree with these suspicions but her handling of the commentary and responses to this issue were extremely presumptive, ignorant and full of hubris. It seems her ego has outgrown the grass roots from whence it sprang. Fine by me. I’ve been banned from better places than there (see The Daily Show Forum who kicked me out for asking Liberals to explain their logic). But in my opinion a puffed up politico, preened on their own sense of self importance, annoys me whether they lean to left or the right.

Logic, folks, rules the day.

1. Its pretty hard to take them seriously about protecting innocent human life when they’d all go to war in a heartbeat (not to mention the innocence lost by death penalty under Perry here in Texas.) 2. Is it that they are all so stupid to realize that any Personhood endeavor will be struck down by the all mighty constitution of Personhood of a breathing, living female who will be pregnant? (I KNOW! They just don’t care and maybe are a little stupid too.) 3. I have never heard ANYTHING that sounded more like SHARIA law than what these honyoks are proposing. Irony? Coincidence? WTFE.

The world is on the brink of Revolution. And I couldn’t be happier. I hate what is going on in NYC and the other #OWS camps, but the PDs will find that if you break up peaceful protesting you are taking away the last refuge a hungry, angry crowd has. And if science/history tell us anything, it will not turn out well for those who seek to silence the citizens of this nation.

Egypt, Libya, US. We all want change and we won’t settle for cake.
